LOU WEST DEADDER
GUITAR, VOCALS
Lou started playing guitar back in 1964 at age 12. He was playing full time 6 years later. Bands of note: Blueberry Hill Band, Brandy, Whip, Biggy Twiggy Band, Mother Nature, Mason-Dixon Line, Shirley Eikhard, 100 Proof, Lockerbie, and Hickory Creek. He was then in a duo for 2 years and a single for 12 years.
Disillusioned with the music biz, he stopped playing live and taught guitar for 6 years. He then formed a band called Start It Up which was later renamed the Lou DeAdder Band. He started writing songs and released his first album in 2005, he has 11 albums under his belt to date.
All albums have received radio airplay around the planet plus streaming and downloads from 30 digital platforms. Many song writing awards have also been achieved. Life has come full circle and he is playing the music he originally started with and loves - rock with a heavy blues tinge. Proud to say that he is a member of this fabulous unit called Roadzend.
